I'm a woman engineer, and most of my career I've been the first or only woman on the team. I've had to prove my self over and over to people who don't get it, and think they know better.
Customer service - good customer service has been a passion of mine since my Grandmother had me helping out the "Basement Women" or Ladies Circles at the local church - you know serving meals and such.
Keep a cool head, listen and find a solution that works for most everyone, or at least get you on your best next steps or options.
When the time came, I taught myself all these things of the online world. I'd been a pretty successful Systems Engineer before this and thought "I should know how to do this." I didn't and I had to swollow some humble pie and let a teenager teach me how to build my first site.
After that I taught myself how to build websites, connect shopping carts and email systems build funnels and more... all before there was automation for them. I wasn't born into it, It wasn't here when I went to school, it came after I graduated, I had to teach myself.
I get it and I've had plenty of bad hair days so you don't have to.
My VIP Sessions with Lynne have been amazing. I love how Lynne is SO PATIENT explaining 'tech' things to me in a way I can understand.
And even though I love how she can 'just take care of' so many things, she empowers me by showing me how I can do some of this 'tech stuff' myself.

After researching several bids, I chose to work with Lynne on a funnel project. She has many skills including an engineering background so she is logical and able to problem solve, thorough and detailed.
